How to Get Paid

At our studio, there are several ways you can receive payment for your completed work:

1. You can receive payment as an sole trader (ST). To use this option, please contact your coordinator.
2. To a Russian ruble account. (Please note that we do not cover any tax liabilities for any form of collaboration; individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals pay their taxes independently.)

Once all your shots in the sequence are approved, and the files are received and verified, a table with your payment calculation will be created.

Once you receive this table via email, if you are self-employed, you simply need to reply with your account details. For sole trader (ST), there is a slightly different procedure, and assistance will be provided to prepare the necessary payment documents.

Payment Timeframe

Typically, the payment process takes around 10 business days from the moment we receive your account details. In some cases, it may take a little longer.

Once the payment is processed, the Description field on Prodtrack will update to Paid. This means the funds have been sent from our side, but it may take additional time for your bank to process the deposit.
